For more than 30 years I’ve led P&L up to 80 million, run multi-site teams of 200 plus, turned around underperforming divisions, and launched companies in legal services, recruiting, AI, robotics, retail, and consumer goods.
My work is about taking complex operations and making them run cleaner and faster. I fix what’s broken, simplify what’s bloated, and build systems that let people and performance improve at the same time. I’ve driven double-digit growth in tough cycles, increased profitability by over 35 percent, and rebuilt leadership teams that weren’t aligned or producing.
I take a grounded approach to AI and automation. I’ve built AI-driven recruiting systems that cut hiring timelines by 40 percent, designed predictive tools for robotics operations, and used modern tech to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and speed up decision-making without losing the human element.
I also spent time in public-sector economic development, supporting businesses, tribal partners, and local governments across Northwest New Mexico. That work added a deeper understanding of how communities grow, what employers need, and how state and local tools can support expansion, retention, and workforce development.

Career highlights include building Riderflex into a multi-million-dollar recruiting firm with 4,000 plus placements, leading companies through economic downturns, optimizing inventory and operating costs across national brands, and driving e-commerce and digital growth through cleaner processes and better data.
Today I lead talent and brand strategy for a growing law firm, chair robotics and home services companies, and advise owners and executives on operations, talent, AI, economic development, and organizational alignment.
