I am a transformational executive who turns vision into sustainable growth across nonprofit, government, consulting, retail, AI, and robotics. Today I serve as Executive Director of the Cibola Communities Economic Development Foundation while also leading Riderflex, co‑founding Robo Reliance, and co‑owning Kura Home Services.

Key Achievements
• Appointed Executive Director of CCEDF and secured multiple state and federal grants to fund broadband, industrial parks, and outdoor recreation assets in Cibola County
• Founded and grew Riderflex into a multimillion‑dollar recruiting and consulting firm, placing 4 000 plus leaders through an AI‑enabled engine that cuts hiring time by 30 percent while protecting culture fit
• Co‑founded Robo Reliance, a nationwide robot maintenance service that uses predictive analytics to keep humanoid and autonomous models running for manufacturers and owners
• Managed P and Ls exceeding 40 million dollars and led comprehensive turnarounds, crisis management initiatives, and digital transformations
• Designed Lean Six Sigma programs that reduced operating costs by 12 percent and raised employee engagement by 15 points
• Authored two books in The Riderflex Guide series, created a GPT career coach, and host The Riderflex Show podcast with 400 plus executive interviews
