About 11 years ago I had lunch for the first time with Steve Urban. A couple of hours later he shared multiple pages of notes from our conversation. In those notes, some direct and critical feedback was shared constructively. In short, he suggested that I listen more and talk less. He was right, and his consistent candor has continued to help me improve over the past decade.
Steve's new book, The Riderflex Guide is now available and contains many decades of experience that I've found to be a helpful reminder and catalyst. Congratulations and thank you, Steve!
