I do some form of exercise each morning about 75% of my days.
100% of those mornings I usually don't want to.
100% of the time I always feel better afterwards if I do. Even if it's just 20 minutes or so of movement. 👍
I'm not any kind of expert in this field whatsoever, but I do believe it's important to do "something", whatever that something is, move around a little bit each day and be active. You don't have to be an Olympic athlete. 😃
