And when you realize and accept that the team can run the company with or without you, it’s a true sign as a CEO that you’ve surrounded yourself with the right people.
Each morning I wake up, I feel blessed and honored. While I probably don’t tell them enough how much I appreciate them, I never take them for granted. I appreciate and value everything they do, including putting up with me and all my weaknesses.
In 2022, this team delivered a record 70% increase in revenue over the prior year and our best year so far as a Recruiting & Consulting Firm.
