Finally...I'm volunteering for the community I live in.
You guessed it. At the age of 56, I've never officially volunteered. For anything that I can remember. Seriously, I've done a terrible job with that aspect of life and social duty.
Now I have a chance to redeem myself, at least a little bit.
Tomorrow night, I'll be attending my first official meeting as a member of the Johnstown, CO Planning Commission.
My local friends can just call me, "Commissioner Urban" from now on. LOL. Just kidding! 😀
But seriously, it will be an honor and privilege to give back and help where I can. I'm looking forward to it.
