93% of time indoors. 😒

Yep, most Americans spend between 90 and 95% of their lives inside.

Many do that without any real struggle and without pushing themselves into uncomfortable situations.

I tend to believe that spending time outside in nature, physically challenging your body and putting yourself into slightly difficult situations makes you enjoy the little and simpler things much more.

Here’s a perfect example...

Try going camping in the wilderness for three days without a shower. Then come home, climb into a hot shower and absorb the gratitude and appreciation that flows through your body and mind. A simple hot shower with soap which most of us take for granted each day turns into a wonderful moment.

What’s my point?

Get outside, burn some calories, push yourself into new and sometimes uncomfortable situations…and watch how you slowly stop taking the little blessings in life for granted.
