Yes, use AI tools to your advantage. 
Yes, stay up to speed with technology advances. 
But...be sure to include the human in the mix.

For example, do we use AI here at Recruiting Firm Riderflex to eliminate repetitive tasks and make us more efficient and productive? Of course we do. We won't be left behind and crushed by the competition. We are adapting and pivoting as needed to stay ahead of the curve.

However, not a single job candidate we present to a client for potential hire gets approved unless one of our team members (a human 😍) interviews them. We pride ourselves in matching candidate personality to company culture. 

While lots of AI tools and testing can help with that, I believe a face-to-face video interview (or two) is needed to help solidify those decisions and judgments of a candidate's fit for the job.
