5. Ability to be reskilled into new roles.
7. Willingness to pivot fast.
8. Creativity. AI replaces answers, not original thinking. Use the AI tools to put your creativity to tactical work.
9. Work ethic and dependability. Do what you say you will do.
10. People skills. Clear communication and the ability to work with anyone. Networking and real human connection.
