I wanted to share this awesome remote office setup that we’re very blessed to be working from.
For those of you that have seen some of my previous posts, you know that our entire team at Recruiting Firm Riderflex works remotely. We do not have an office and we have people all over the US and in Columbia.
Our culture and expectations are clear and simple. Work from wherever you want and when you want, as long as you execute and deliver results. Meet our fast response culture and use video conference for 90% of your conversations. Our team uses Zoom video constantly and Slack to communicate and stay in touch.
If you put the appropriate processes and policies in place for communication, remote work CAN be successful.
PS. Instead of spending an hour commuting in traffic today, I’ll shut down the laptop after work and immediately step outside the tent for a nature hike. 😊
