Being interviewed - You're rusty if you haven't done it in a while.
I interview people for a living.
You'd think I was an expert.
However, I usually don't have people interview me.
But that happened last night. And I was rusty.
I interviewed for a volunteer position with the city in front of the Planning Commission. I felt like a 20-year-old on his first interview.
I did "okay", but it could have been so much better.
So no matter where you are in your career, if you're starting to interview for jobs and you haven't done it in a few years, I suggest you practice. You'll be rusty, trust me.
